Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazed joint between an armature bar strand package and end mounting hardware (16). SOLUTION: This brazed joint includes: a plurality of strands (18, 20) which are arranged in a layer array form and forms the strand package; a cavity (28) in the end mounting hardware in which free ends of a plurality of strands extend through an opening (21) and are accommodated therein; and copper-silver brazing alloy (26) which joints the free ends of the plurality of strands to each other and on an internal surface of the end mounting hardware.
