Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to control the variation of a Qf value with temperature, to improve a Q value at high temperatures and to control its lowering, while controlling the variation of the resonance frequency with temperature within a narrow range, in a dielectric porcelain composition having a high Q value at normal temperatures. SOLUTION: The lowering of the Q value at high temperatures is controlled by making an ion having a larger coefficient of thermal expansion than that of a basic composition in the microwave dielectric porcelain composition, dissolved in a crystal or finely dispersed in a crystal grain of the basic composition.
