Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose the structure of a container which can increase crushing strength by forming a vertical rib twice as thick as a sheet on a wall surface by controlling the action of a mold during molding. SOLUTION: The mold is composed of a fixed mold and a movable mold which can be put into the fixed mold. A through hole is formed inside the bottom surface of the fixed mold with a level difference having a width at least twice as wide as that of the sheet, and the movable mold can be put closely into the through hole. The movable mold, which has been on the same plane as the level difference at the beginning of sheet molding, is pushed up in relation to the mold inside. The movable mold is pushed up to the same plane as the bottom surface of the fixed mold. The mold is composed of the fixed mold and the movable mold. A channel having a constant width is formed vertically in the side wall surface of the fixed mold. In the bottom part of the channel, a slit which is formed inside in the same direction as that of the channel with the level difference having a width at least twice as wide as that of the sheet is provided. The movable mold can be put into the slit, The movable mold which has been on the same plane as the level difference at the beginning of the sheet molding is pushed up in relation to the mold inside.
