Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method and device capable of easily and inexpensively measuring a head part three-dimensional shape usable for the sleeping posture measurement at a shop, since taking both a pillow and a mattress into account in selecting them improves the accuracy of selection of the bedding such as the mattress. SOLUTION: A human body measurement part is pushed to a plurality of slide pins, which are disposed at some interval apart in X and Y axial directions of a datum plane and slidably in the normal line Z direction and can detect a sliding amount, with the sliding direction of the pins conformed to the moving direction and detects the sliding amount of pins slid by the human body measurement part.
