Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dodecahedron speaker box at low cost with high assembling precision and to provide a dodecahedron speaker using the speaker box. SOLUTION: The speaker box 10 is configured such that first to third division units 22, 24, 26 shaped by dividing the speaker box 10 by first and second planes in parallel with each other and at the same distance from a center O of the speaker box 10 are connected with each other, the second division unit 24 sandwiched between the first and second planes is configured such that two sub division units shaped by dividing the second division unit by a third plane passing through two ridge lines existing in the second division unit are connected, and the speaker box 10 is configured such that a speaker unit fixing hole 14 of each pentagonal panel 20 shaped by dividing twelve pentagonal panels by the first or second plane is arranged to each division unit.
