Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support assist system, a support assist server, a support assist processing method and a support assist server program for a network appliance, capable of preventing load concentration on a center server of a support center. SOLUTION: In this support assist system, since the support assist server 2 transmits operation information of a plurality of network appliances 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d to the center server 1 on the basis of an appliance correlation table recording correlation information of the network appliances 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d of the center server 1 of the support center, the load concentration on the center server 1 of the support center is prevented when failure of each of the network appliances 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d occurs in a situation wherein the plurality of network appliances 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d are connected to a network.
