Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thick-walled molded article having no surface sink and void for a short molding time and stably. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the thick-walled molded article comprises the steps of; supplying thermoplastic resin pellets in synchronization with the rotating action of a screw in a cylinder 1 of an injection molding machine into the root part of the screw using a pellets supplying feeder 7, melting the thermoplastic resin in the cylinder 1 set at a temperature within the range of 50°C-80°C higher than its glass transition temperature, thereafter injecting into a die 9 having a hot runner system set at a temperature within the range of 50°C-80°C higher than its glass transition temperature, and cooling to harden in the die 9.
