SOLUTION: This active oxygen in cell-removing agent is provided by using any of or a combination of 2-methoxyphenol, 2-methoxy-4-methylphenol and 2-methoxy-4-ethylphenol which are main components of a wood creosote and contained in a creosote preparation used for a long time.
