SOLUTION: This decorative cover comprises a cover body 2 which is attached to the pipe penetration part on the inner wall surface 33 of an underground embedded vessel 31 to cover a seal material 52 packed between a wall material 32 and a pipe 41 at the pipe penetration part, and a drawing opening 3 which is formed so as to correspond to the end of the pipe 41 penetrating the pipe penetration part to drawn a cable 51 into the pipe 41.
