PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a panel for information display, with which a step to remove a display medium from a partition wall can be omitted by charging the partition wall forming a cell with polarity identical to that of the display medium with which the cell is to be filled. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the panel for information display to display information such as an image by: sealing at least one or more kinds of display media constructed with at least one or more kinds of particles having an optical reflectance and an electrostatic property in the cells, formed with partition walls between two sheets of substrates of which at least one is transparent and which are placed opposite to each other; and transferring the display media by imparting an electric field thereto, by conducting a step to fill the inside of the cell with the display media in the state in which the partition wall forming the cell is charged with the polarity identical to that of the display medium with which the cell is to be filled, a substrate alignment step is conducted without conducting the step to remove the display media from the partition wall, and consequently productivity is improved.
