SOLUTION: The deflector device is provided with the opening 12 formed on the roof 11; a lid 2 for opening/closing the opening 12; and a side deflector 4 provided on an edge part at left/right side of the opening 12 and standing and preventing rolling-in of the lateral wind when the opening 12 is opened.
