Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face sequential color image imaging apparatus capable of securing sufficient orthogonality precision of each color filter face and a photography optical axis, thus obtaining a face sequential color image without position shift on an image plane, and preventing light entering not via the color filter at the time of photographing. SOLUTION: When a disc 46 is rotated at specified angle (for example, 180 degrees) by an axial direction drive motor 44, a moving plate 38 moves towards left to Figure 3 (that is, in a way that a turret plate 20 approximates an image pickup lens 28). Then, a filter frame 22 is abutted to a reference plane 30A of a positioning member 30. The filter frame 22 is energized by a spring 26 to adhere to the reference plane 30A of the positioning member 30. Thus, a color filter 18 becomes parallel to a reference plane 30A of the positioning member 30 and the image formation plane of a black and white imaging device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
