PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection chip capable of performing a large number of liquid feed processings rapidly and accurately. SOLUTION: A sample flow channel for housing a sample liquid, a reaction flow channel for bringing about predetermined reaction in the sample liquid, a sample waste liquid flow channel for housing the sample liquid after reaction and a washing liquid flow channel for housing a washing liquid are provided in the inspection chip. A large number of beads, to which mutually different kinds of probes are fixed, are housed in the reaction flow channel. Liquid detection parts are respectively provided in the sample flow channel, the washing liquid flow channel and the sample waste liquid flow channel to detect whether liquids are sent to the flow channels.
