Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular suspension device capable of obtaining excellent ride quality when right and left wheels are in the same phase, and obtaining excellent steering stability when the right and left wheels are in the opposite phase. SOLUTION: The suspension device comprises right and left absorbers 10, 10 and a stabilizer bar 30. Each absorber 10 is mounted on a wheel supporting member 40 by a hydraulic cylinder 11, and mounted on a vehicle body 50 via rubber bushes 21, 22, 23 which are elastically deformable at an end 12b of a piston rod 12. The stabilizer bar 30 comprises a torsion unit 31 which is provided between the right and left absorbers 10, 10 and extends in the vehicle width direction, and right and left arm parts 32, 32 which are formed in a bent shape on each end of the torsion unit 31. The torsion unit 31 is turnably mounted on the vehicle body 50 via a bracket 33 and a rubber bush 34. Each arm part 32 is fixed to the end 12b of each piston rod 12 at a tip 32a.
