PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film laminate easily torn even by a weak muscle person and having both of the easy opening properties and gas barrier properties of a packaging bag for food, medicines, general merchandise or the like, and a gas barrier easy opening packaging bag using it. SOLUTION: The polyester film laminate comprises a biaxially stretched polyester film, a vapor deposition layer and a sealant. The biaxially stretched polyester film is manufactured using a raw material prepared by mixing polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and a polyester elastomer in a ratio (mass ratio) of PET/polyester elastomer=70/30-95/5. The vapor deposition layer comprises at least one kind of a metal compound selected from aluminum oxide and silicon oxide and is laminated at least on one side of the biaxially stretched polyester film. The tear propagation resistance of the laminate is 400 mN or below. This laminate has gas barrier properties and tear straight advance properties. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
