Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selective separation membrane and a selective separation filter having a superior selective permeability of liquid and gas relative to a prior art selective separation membrane accompanied by the problems of requiring a large surface area to obtain sufficient permeation quantity needed for a practical application due to its low selective permeability which constitutes a cause of a high cost and of having a low permeation rate of a liquid or gas molecule due to its large membrane thickness. SOLUTION: The selective separation membrane comprises a plasticizer and at least one resin selected from a group consisting of a poly(vinyl butyral) resin, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, a polyurethane resin, and a polyester resin.
