PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control system for allowing a single remote control transmitter to operate by remote control a plurality of remote-controlled devices of different control codes for a remote control signal corresponding to a remote control operation or different formats of the control codes. SOLUTION: The remote control system comprises a remote control transmitter 30 for transmitting a plurality of different remote control signals corresponding to a remote control operation one by one at an interval of a predetermined time when the remote control operation is performed, and receivers 1 and 2 for determining remote control signals only corresponding to remote-controlled devices 10 and 20 among the plurality of the transmitted remote control signals and controlling the remote-controlled devices 10 and 20.
