Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional affiliate type Internet advertisement distribution service, in which the great number of advertisement appearances on advertisement publishing web sites does not result in upper rank display by a robot type search engine since redirection by a temporary shift status is used in redirection from a traffic analysis web site 2 to an advertiser web site 2. SOLUTION: Redirection by a permanent shift status is carried out in redirection from the traffic analysis web site 6 to the advertiser web site 7. In this way, a link is made from the advertisement publishing web site 5 to the advertiser web site 7, and consequently, an upper rank display effect is obtained in the robot type search engine.
