Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle for mounting/demounting a ceiling board for a tunnel, which enables ceiling-board replacing work to be easily performed in the state of securing a vehicle-travelable traffic lane in the tunnel, and which alleviates traffic jams. SOLUTION: A ceiling-board replacing device 41 is mounted on the top surface of a vehicle body frame 32 wherein a vehicle-travelable traveling space is secured. A tilting arm 54 is attached to a movable support 43 constituting the device 41 in a vertically tiltable and horizontally revolvable manner. A mounting tube 61 is attached to a leading end of the tilting arm 54 via a second horizontal revolving superstructure 58 and an electric chain block 59; a top surface of the ceiling board 24A of the ceiling 24 is sucked in by means of a suction pad 62 which is provided on the undersurface of the mounting tube 61; and the ceiling board 24A is removed from a mounting position, and moved to the side of a ceiling-board carrying-in and carrying-out mechanism 71 by operating the tilting arm 54 and the electric chain block 59.
