Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing a phosphor which suppresses uneven attachment to clothes and has an excellent coloring effect, to provide a liquid composition containing a dispersed phosphor which has excellent stability with suppressed sedimentation and separation, and also to provide a manufacturing method for the composition containing a phosphor using the liquid composition. SOLUTION: The composition containing a phosphor is prepared by mixing at least the phosphor which is hardly soluble in water, an aqueous solution containing a polymer which dissolves or disperses the phosphor, and builder particles. When 34.47 g of the phosphor is added to 132.6 g of water at 70°C, the solubility rate is at most 50 wt.% in 1 minute after the addition and at most 60 wt.% in 3 minutes after the addition. The manufacturing method includes the process of mixing the above composition with dispersed phosphor and builder particles. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
