Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas hydrate production apparatus capable of producing a 10 μm or smaller superfine solid gas hydrate at a low cost. SOLUTION: Raw material water 2 together with an assist gas 3 is sparged into an ice-making tower 1 by means of a two-fluid nozzle 4 to form 10 μm or smaller superfine ice 6. The superfine ice 6 is transferred to a reaction tank 10, where it is agitated by means of an agitation means 13 and is reacted with a raw material gas 19, whereupon a 10 μm or smaller superfine solid gas hydrate 23 can be formed.
