Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoned kiritanpo by sealing Hinai native chicken meat and tonburi (seeds of a plant, Kochia scoparia Schrad) called as caviar from a field in the kiritanpo, while holding their shapes and eat feelings to solicit the delicacy of local foodstuffs. SOLUTION: This seasoned cooked rice is obtained by adding soup to polished rice and cooking with an electric rice cooker. The ground meat of the Hinai native chicken seasoned as sweet and salty in advance and the tonburi are added to to the seasoned cooked rice and mixed lightly. Then the mixture is put into a kiritanpo-preparing machine (Toyo) to form the kiritanpo on a stick. This kiritanpo shows a peculiar eat feeling, since the tonburi called as the caviar from the field is sealed in the cooked rice without being broken. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
