Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molecular motor system that immobilizes a target molecular load through hybridization to a microtube in excellent selectivity, moves the target molecular load even after loading and unloads a molecular charge since the DNA of a linker part in the loaded molecular load is cleft by a restriction enzyme. SOLUTION: The molecular motor system for loading and unloading a molecular load comprises a linker DNA conjugate microtube in which a single-stranded linker DNA is bonded to a microtube, a substrate coated with kinesin and a buffer solution, reacts a sample DNA containing a target DNA with a linker DNA conjugate microtube, immobilizes a target molecular load having a modified DNA sequence complementary to the linker DNA on a microtube to a DNA conjugate microtube by hybridization, selectively moves the objective target molecular load by moving the substrate coated with kinesin and unloads the molecular load by cleaving the linker DNA by a restriction enzyme.
