Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purifying ground material of bivalve mature ova as feed for bivalve floating larvae using bivalve mature ova as raw material, comprising taking out yolk granules as the feed for bivalve floating larvae from the bivalve mature ova each in a fine-grain shape having a diameter of 1-2μ adaptable to oral ingestion by the bivalve floating larva. SOLUTION: The method comprises the following process: obtaining a matured ovum grown to have a diameter of around 50μ from the bivalve followed by grinding and pressing the matured ovum using a net with a 5-10μ opening; separating a membrane of the ovum to obtain filtrate containing the yolk granules inside the matured ovum; further grinding and pressing the filtrate after separating the membrane from the yolk granules using the net with a 1-2μ opening to obtain the ground material of the bivalve mature ova adaptable to oral ingestion by the bivalve floating larvae as the filtrate.
