SOLUTION: A check valve 6, which opens in the inward direction of a drain valve 4 by only the inflow of the discharged water into the overflow pipe 2 from the overflow hole 5 of a washbowl 1, is arranged at a place where the overflow pipe 2 is provided, in such a manner as to continue into the overflow hole 5 of the washbowl 1 constituting the water flowing bowl being connected to the drain valve 4 installed in the drain port 3.
