PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail fixing fitting of a structure which enables a position of a handrail fixing screw to be easily adjusted even after the handrail fixing fitting is installed on a wall surface, and enables the installation of various types of handrails different in the position of the fixing screw, when the handrail is installed on the low-strength wall surface. SOLUTION: This handrail fixing fitting is used for fixing a reinforcing material 1, arranged on the backside of a wall surface, a flange 3 and a washer 4, arranged on the front side of the wall surface, to a wall by fastening them by means of a fixing bolt 6, arranged in the central position of them, and sandwiching the wall surface. The plurality of reinforcing materials are positioned in such a manner as to cross one another on the backside of the wall. In the flange, an outer edge and a recess are provided on the front side of the wall surface, and the washer is arranged in the recess in such a manner as to be rotatable on the fixing bolt. The washer is equipped with a screw hole for fixing the handrail. When the reinforcing material, and the flange and the washer are fastened by means of the fixing bolt and fixed to the wall surface, the surface of the washer and that of the outer edge of the flange are approximately flush with that of the wall surface.
