PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an electric apparatus formed with a wiring protecting part for securing a gap required to protect wiring. SOLUTION: This structure is a mounting structure of a PCU 300 mounted on an engine room 2 of a hybrid vehicle 1. The structure is provided with a vehicle body, the PCU 300 mounted in the engine room 2, an engine 100 mounted on the vehicle body with a distance from the PCU 300, cables 3A, 3B and 3C connected to the PCU 300 and having parts located between the PCU 300 and the engine 100, and the wiring protecting part located between the PCU 300 and the engine 100 and holding the distance between the PCU 300 and the cables 3A, 3B and 3C and the distance between the engine 100 and the cables 3A, 3B and 3C to be more than required distance to protect the wiring.
