Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a fragile part in a uniform pattern when the fragile part is formed by irradiating laser beam while moving an interior material and a laser oscillator relatively by a moving means. SOLUTION: An instrument panel 12 can be moved by a robot 16 and is movable relatively to a focal point (f) of the laser beam. For a process starting point B1 on an upper part line 204 of a process span, the focal point (f) is set at a motion preparation point Q1 apart toward the opposite direction to a processing direction. Moving speed of the focal point (f) is accelerated and stabilized while having the focal point (f) approach the process starting point B1. After the focal point (f) reaches the process starting point B1, processing of fine holes 202 for the fragile part 200 is started by irradiating the pulsed laser beam from the laser oscillator.
