Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibited effectively generating of a null state whose transmission disabled in an approached state, when performing radio communication with a reader/writer in a noncontact manner. SOLUTION: It has a radio tag as a radio communications apparatus which performs a short range radio transmission with the reader/writer, or a presumed means 15 to presume a metric with the reader/writer in a mobile terminal apparatus with which the radio tag function was built in, and a frequency-shifting means 17, to which frequency tuned with an tuning means 12 in the radio communications apparatus, is shifted according to the metric presumed with the presumed means 15.
