Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comparatively small and light power generation system capable of effectively utilizing natural energy, and stably supplying electric power even in a cold district in particular, wherein a storage battery is not easily deteriorated, even when excessive natural energy is supplied. SOLUTION: Natural energy is stored as electric power for a storage battery, electric power which the storage battery can not store is converted to hydrogen generated by electrolysis, and the hydrogen is stored as a power source for a fuel cell.
