PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with service of a wide range of genre in an automatic estimation device by making difficulty inputted to digitalize it, and applying a numerical value thereof to a mathematical expression to calculate an estimate. SOLUTION: In this automatic estimation device M1, by determining a request destination of the service by a service request destination selection means M2, and inputting request contents N1 and a desired condition N2 by use of a request service information input means M3 and a desired condition information input means M4, a series of service process required in a service process determination means M5 is determined, and the estimate N4 is produced on the basis of a calculation value obtained by substituting the difficulty inputted by a difficulty input means M7 and digitalized by a difficulty digitalization means M8 for the mathematical expression loaded by a mathematical expression selection loading means M6 by an estimate production means M9. Accordingly, the service request destination belonging to the desired genre can be selected from the wide-range service by the service request destination selection means M2, the optimum mathematical expression is selected, and the optimum calculation is executed.
