Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain water fed into a water storage tank at low temperatures by rapidly cooling the water in a feed water device. SOLUTION: An evaporator 12 forming a freezing chamber 9 therein is disposed on the indoor side upper part of a refrigerator body 7 with a door 8. The water storage tank 10 is disposed on the indoor side of the door 8 opposed to the evaporator 12. A pipe 11 moves the water stored in the water storage tank 10 to the outside of the door 8 of the refrigerator body 7, and its one end is connected to the water storage tank 10 and its other end is disposed on the outside of the door 8. A dedicated evaporator 13 cooling the water storage tank 10 is disposed on the indoor side of the refrigerator body 7 at the side surface part of the water storage tank 10. When the cooling operation of the refrigerator body 7 is started, the evaporator 13 is cooled together with the evaporator 12. The water storage tank 10 is cooled by the cooled evaporator 13 to rapidly cool the water fed to the water storage tank 10 and maintain it at low temperatures. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
