Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous resin coating agent which can easily form a coating having a uniform thickness, is less prone to thermal stress cracking, excels in anti-slip properties, particularly hardly peels even when handled under severe conditions such as the transportation of bricks having the coating, and can retain excellent adhesiveness, and a refractory brick obtained by using the above aqueous resin coating agent. SOLUTION: The aqueous resin coating agent has an aqueous polyurethane resin (A), an acrylic resin emulsion (B), a latex (C), and an inorganic filler (D) as essential components and comprises, based on the total solid content of the coating agent, 5-40 mass% aqueous polyurethane resin (A), 5-40 mass% acrylic resin emulsion (B), 5-40 mass% latex (C), and 40-85 mass% inorganic filler (D). The refractory brick is obtained by applying the above aqueous resin coating agent on a magnesia carbon brick. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
