Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a surface defect when a game board is injection-molded. SOLUTION: The game board 1 has a layered structure comprising a front panel 40 and a base panel 30 layered on the back of the front panel 40. As the front panel 40 and the base panel 30 are jointed by the insert-molding by inserting the front panel 40 into a mold and injecting synthetic resin into the mold to make the base panel 30, the injected synthetic resin (the synthetic resin to make the base panel 30) is closely in contact with the inserted front panel 40. Accordingly such a surface defect as a weld is not generated on the base panel 30. If generated, the defect does not appear on the surface of the game board 1 because the defect is concealed by the front panel 40. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
