Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal metal fitting for a motor that can be manufactured at low cost without the need for troublesome machining. SOLUTION: The terminal metal fitting 32 for the motor is attached in a state that a terminal penetration hole 13 formed at a shaft core of a resin-made bushing 12 attached to a housing of the motor penetrates the fitting. A part of a portion formed in the terminal penetration hole 13 of the terminal fitting 32 is crashed to form a thin-thickness part 32b, and a lance 32c is formed by upwardly cutting a part of the thin-thickness part 32b. The terminal fitting 32 is prevented from being dropped out of the terminal penetration hole by the engagement of the lance 32c with a step 14 in the terminal penetration hole 13.
