Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail terminal, a request mail processing method, a request mail processing program, a recording medium having the request mail processing program recorded therein, and a request mail processing system, which are easy to use for a user who transmits request mails. SOLUTION: The e-mail terminal receives an e-mail generated on the basis of a request form, which comprises a character string for requesting execution of a prescribed operation, from an external terminal connected through a network and includes a request form reception means for receiving a request form changed in accordance with a preliminarily determined rule and an operation execution means for executing the prescribed operation in accordance with a request indicated by the changed request form.
