Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a privilege to a general user while preventing degradation of security. SOLUTION: An operation user 14 who has no privilege makes application for privileged operation (S12) in order to perform desired operation. An audit user 12 who has acquired the application performs an instruction to assign temporarily at least a part of privileges (S18). If the operation user performs operation using the privilege (S24), the operation log is displayed on a display screen of an audit user's terminal (S28).
