Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal type anchor which enables a steel wire to be pulled out in a linear state by a small force, without making the steel wire bent in a U-shape. SOLUTION: This anchoring device comprises an outer cylinder 1, a wedge seat cylinder 2, a wedge piece 3, and a stopper ring 4. An end of a prestressing (PC) steel wire B is held by a group of the wedge pieces 3. A locking step for locking the stopper ring 4 is formed on the hole-bottom side of the conical cylinder 23 of the wedge seat cylinder 2.
