PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies to easily make the state of an electric bed appropriate according to the state of a user or the ambient state around the user. SOLUTION: The electric bed comprises a movable portion and a driving means for changing the state of the movable portion. The electric bed also has a database for storing at least one preset information corresponding to a specific state of the movable portion, an output means for outputting identification information for identifying each preset information to an operation part of the electric bed, and a control means for changing the state of the movable portion to the state corresponding to the selected preset information by controlling the driving means when receives a command to change the state of the movable portion after one preset information is selected by the operation part.
