SOLUTION: The fastening structure A of the counter is constituted of the bracket 1 consisting of a horizontal supporting piece 11 and a vertical fastening piece 12 and a box-shaped storing section 2 whose upper side is open, the vertical fastening piece 12 is fastened to a wall face W with fastening screws 4, the box-shaped storing section 2 is slidably hung by the horizontal supporting piece 11 supporting the counter, the front face board 21 of the box-shaped storing section 2 fits into the bracket so as to cover the front face of the bracket 1.
