Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a squirt gun having a light weight without a complicated structure or mechanism, continuously spraying water, having no failure caused by water infiltration, and used in a place other than underwater. SOLUTION: The squirt gun 1 is composed of a spiral spring mechanism 3 wound up through a winding shaft 31, a crank mechanism 4 for converting the rotational output of the spiral spring mechanism 3 to reciprocating motion, a pump mechanism 5 for spraying water in a cylinder 53 from an outlet 54 by the reciprocating motion, a water tank 6 having a flow path 61 including a valve element 62 connected to the pump mechanism 5, and a switch mechanism 7 for controlling the operation and stop of the spiral spring mechanism 3.
