PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional structure of human glycogen synthase kinase 3(GSK3), crystals of GSK3 construct, a method of forming crystals of GSK3 construct, a method of deciding crystalline structure of GSK3 construct, and a method of identifying possible therapeutic compounds in the treatment of various disease conditions mediated by GSK3 activity by using the three dimensional structure of GSK3. SOLUTION: This invention provides a three-dimensional structure of human glycogen synthase kinase 3(GSK3), crystals of GSK3 construct, a method of forming the crystals of GSK3 construct, a method of deciding a crystalline structure of GSK3 construct, and a method of identifying possible therapeutic compounds in the treatment of various disease conditions mediated by GSK3 activity by using the three dimensional structure of GSK3.
