Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow down a configuration for various apparatuses and processing modules in compliance with a required task. SOLUTION: This module selection device is based on an extraction means 203 referring to association of sense classification information, task classification information, task output information with a process for extracting a process matching the task, a selection means 204 referring to association of the sense classification information, the task output information, and physical device number information with a processing module for selecting the processing module matching the process, a calculation means 210 deciding association between an execution means 211, and a processing module selected by referring to connection information showing the type and the number of physical devices connected to the execution means 211 receiving a process execution instruction and outputting an execution instruction to a control means 212 directly controlling the physical device, and calculating combination reliability for each combination of the physical devices, and a combination selection means 205 selecting a combination of the physical devices based on comparison between the combination reliability and task request reliability.
