PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide transmission support structure capable of suppressing a displacement amount against a large torque fluctuation. SOLUTION: The transmission support structure 100 is equipped with a side frame 1, a cross frame 2, elastic members 3, a lower bracket 4, a center bracket 5, and a side stopper 7. The cross frame 2 is stretched between side frames 1 disposed at the pair of right and left sides. The elastic members 3 are disposed at the near both end parts 2a of the cross frame 2. The lower bracket 4 supports the elastic members 3 from the lower side. The both end parts 5a of the center bracket 5 are placed on the elastic members 3, and a transmission 101 is suspended at a central part 5d. The side stopper 7 is integrally fixed to the side frame 1, and abutted to the end parts 5a of the center bracket 5 from the outside in the vehicle width direction within an allowable deformation range of the elastic members 3.
