PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building security system suitable for a general house that can construct multiple security barriers in a building, can maximally avoid a danger to residents and can develop natural ventilation in the building. SOLUTION: The building security system has a plurality of openings formed in the exterior of and in a building, a plurality of screens, a plurality of lock mechanisms, a plurality of security sensors, a plurality of human sensors for sensing an indoor intruder by discrimination from residents and outputting a sensing signal, and a wireless or wired controller for controlling the opening/closing of the screens and the operation of the lock mechanisms. The controller comprises an evacuation route selection means for controlling the screens and lock mechanisms, and selecting a safe evacuation route and causing a guide means to notify it, according to the installation locations of a security sensor outputting an anomaly detection signal and a human sensor outputting a sensing signal, screen selection information, lock mechanism selection information, and evacuation route selection information.
