Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecular motor system which contains a newly developed DNA conjugated microtube modified with a single stranded DNA as a probe, can selectively hybridize only a target perfect complementary chain DNA, and can move the complementarily bound target DNA, also after hybridized. SOLUTION: This molecular motor system which comprises a probe DNA-conjugated microtube wherein the probe DNA is bound to the microtube, a substrate coated with kinesin, and a buffer solution, and in which the DNA-conjugated microtube hybridized with the target DNA and obtained by reacting a sample DNA containing the fluorescent labeled target DNA with the probe DNA-conjugated microtube moves on the substrate coated with the kinesin to selectively move the objective target DNA.
