Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for efficiently establishing secure communication between mobile devices in a radio network. SOLUTION: This method enables the permission of the access to a radio network such as pico-cell by using a public key encryption and an inherent hardware identifer. This method eliminates the need to hold a plurality secrets, such as a pair of user identifers/passwords, PIN, or an encryption key, to access the devices which may need access respectively for mobile user.
