Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an electric power system setting of an apparatus mainly using inexpensive midnight power. SOLUTION: An electric power system setting means 13 is provided for directly setting a power company and an electric power system, an electric power system converting means 14 is provided for converting the information of the set power company and electric power system into a setting code, and a boiling control part 4 is provided for controlling boiling of the water heater by a control pattern corresponding to the setting code. Since a setting rate of the electric power setting is improved, and setting mistakes are eliminated by facilitating the electric power system setting, water can be economically and efficiently boiled by effectively using services provided by power companies.
