Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven golf cart for which the arrangement constitution of a generator and a motor controller, etc., is contrived. SOLUTION: In the motor-driven golf cart comprising a traveling motor driven with a battery as a power source and an engine-driven generator for charging the battery, a fuel tank 27 is separated from a fuel tank integrated type generator for which the fuel tank is loaded on an upper part, a power generating device 26 including a generator main body from which the fuel tank 27 is separated is arranged under a rear seat 11, and the fuel tank 27 is arranged at the rear upper part to the generator. The battery 29 is arranged at the top part under a front seat 10, and the motor controller 28 is arranged at the bottom part under the seat and is exposed to the lower part of a floor surface 8.
