Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate inductor capable of positively obtaining an operation of reverse bias of a magnetic flux, improving a DC superimposing characteristic, obtaining high inductance when a large current is applied, and preferably being applied to the purpose of a power source circuit. SOLUTION: A magnetic body film 1 and a conductor pattern 2 are laminated in a required order, a chip main body 3 having a built-in coil 20 in which the conductor pattern 2 is spirally connected in the inside is formed, and external electrodes 4, 4 are formed on opposite two surfaces along the axial line of the coil 20 to form a vertically wiring type laminate inductor 10. A permanent magnet 7 is arranged between the layers of the conductor pattern 2. The film layer of the permanent magnet 7 is formed so as to be positioned on the substantial center of a cylinder virtually formed in a laminate direction by the conductor pattern 2, and so as to have an area size larger than the inner peripheral edge of the cylinder. The film layer is set, for example, so as to overlap to the degree of one-half of a width (d) of the conductor pattern 2, and is set so as to contact the top and bottom adjacent conductor patterns 2, 2 at the overlapping portion.
